If you are thinking about booking your first session and have questions you are not quite sure how to ask, this post is for you. Everything here is honest and practical. No judgment, no sugar-coating.
How to book
Just text me at 347-854-7065. Tell me which service you are interested in, or just say you are curious and want to talk about what would work for you. I respond personally and usually within the hour during daytime hours.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you reach out. A simple "hi, I am interested in booking" is more than enough to start.
What happens when you arrive
The studio is private, clean, and quiet. You will not be walking into a commercial spa or a shared space. It is just us.
We will have a brief conversation first. I will ask what you are looking for, if there is anything you want to focus on or avoid, and what kind of experience you have in mind. This is not an interview. It is just a way to make sure the session is tailored to you.
"Nothing happens that you are not comfortable with. Everything moves at your pace."
During the session
Everything moves at your pace. Nothing happens that you are not comfortable with. If something does not feel right at any point you say so and we adjust. This is your time.
Most first-time clients are surprised by how quickly they relax. The combination of warm oils, unhurried touch, and a genuinely private space creates something the body responds to quickly.
Sessions typically last 90 minutes, which I recommend for a first visit. It gives enough time to settle in and actually experience the full benefit rather than just scratching the surface.
What you might feel afterward
Most people leave feeling lighter. Calmer. Sometimes a little floaty in a pleasant way. The effects of a good session can last for days. Better sleep, less tension in the body, a general sense of ease that carries into the rest of the week.
Some people feel emotional during or after a session. This is completely normal. The body stores a lot. When it finally relaxes deeply, things sometimes surface. It is a sign the session did what it was supposed to do.
Common first-time questions
Do I need to prepare anything? Just shower before you come and arrive a few minutes early. That is all.
What do I wear? You will undress for the session. A towel or draping is available if you prefer.
Is it really private? Yes, completely. Your visit is fully confidential.
Can I ask for specific things? Absolutely. Mention preferences when you text to book or when we talk at the start of the session. Everything is handled with discretion.
The most important thing
Come with an open mind and give yourself permission to receive. That is genuinely the only thing required of you.
I look forward to meeting you.
